THE STORY ON STARCHES
The grain families, all grasses like wheat, corn, and barley are truly indigestible by our human digestive tract. Yes, many can tolerate for years, even a lifetime but we know now that these irritants to our gut and ability to properly digest has lead to almost all forms of disease we face. So I do not eat them. I would recommend that you try to avoid them as well and when we focus only only the best most healing foods the others fall away easily. I would not live without huge flavor and food satisfaction!!Beets on their greens
