a holistic health coach and chef who helps people bring better living practices into their lives by finding a way of eating and exercising that works. My approach is about moving in a direction that brings joy and turns away from that which doesn’t.
Eating well nourishes us but it is not about restraint or avoidance. Eating well is all about abundance, great taste and shared times together. Replace the foods that don’t serve us with the many that do. Our physical body loves to move and function in all of it’s magnificent abilities but this doesn’t have to be a regime which crowds out the fun and brings on the guilt if we fail. Life is short, but then again life is long! Choose how you want to live, while your living it!
Happiness comes from all three pieces of our puzzle: nourishing our body with good food and movement, attending to our spirit with laughter, love and catching the moment we are in, and challenging the mind to be aware of the thoughts that don’t serve us and choosing the thoughts which make us shine.
